The Advanced Manufacturing and Innovation Center–St. Louis (AMICSTL) will serve as the region’s flagship hub for innovation, manufacturing, and workforce development.

Phase 1, a 53,000SF state-of-the-art education facility, integrates flexible lab space, incubator suites, high-bay manufacturing spaces, and collaborative office space to support next-generation manufacturing initiatives. AMICSTL will anchor St. Louis’ advanced manufacturing ecosystem, strengthening connections between industry, academia, and the community.

As Owner’s Representative, Cobalt’s leadership during pre-construction ensured a foundation of financial compliance, schedule integrity, and stakeholder alignment critical to the project’s long-term success. Our team has supported AMICSTL through the funding process, facilitating applications for tax credits and federal funding.
